BITTER MELONS

These rough and very textured bitter melons caught my eye in Bundi vegetable market because of the colours of their plastic container and the complimentary pink material of the background, plus they are also very graphic and interesting looking vegetables unfamiliar to western palates. They are in fact extremely healthy things to eat and are used for aiding heart health. Just cut them up and eat like a salad vegetable, bitter yes, but worth it for the great benefits they offer. Hang this print in your kitchen as a colourful reminder!
